Products & Ingredients

Dakota’s Dough products are made in small batches with care. While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including (but not limited to) gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and consume products at their own discretion.

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless otherwise stated.

Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can review the situation.

Storage & Handling

Proper storage and handling instructions will be provided when applicable. Dakota’s Dough is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or delayed consumption after delivery or pickup.

Limitation of Liability

Dakota’s Dough is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the consumption or misuse of our products. Products are consumed at the customer’s own risk.

Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, logos, photos, and content associated with Dakota’s Dough are the property of Dakota’s Dough and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms

Dakota’s Dough reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
